Baru nut growS in the savanna region of Brazil called“Cerrado”. They are incredible due to their very powerful nutrients and great taste when roasted; atasteful mix between peanuts and cashews. Baru nuts are very high in protein with 24% of their weight being highly digestible protein, andit contains essential fatty-acids and antioxidants.
